Marks Heeley were employed as civil/structural engineers associated with the redevelopment works to the above site. this included internal alterations to the grade 2 listed building and the construction of the new access road and associated parking. These works had to be carried out sympathetically to ensure that the setting for this important building was not compromised. Careful selection of the appropriate materials in respect of the external works was undertaken in consultation with the appropriate authorities.

The internal alterations included careful maintenance of important features within the existing buildings, with due regard to ensuring the buildings were not compromised.
