This exciting new health & fitness suite constructed in Clacton has been structurally formed using a steel framed building supporting a composite cladding system.

The project involved the construction of a new techno gym and spa pool. These all complimented parts of the original facilities at this venue.

The project was undertaken over a short 20 week period and was carried out with full occupation of the centre by the client ensuring minimum disruption throughout. This was achieved by carefully engineering the new build elements of the building to ensure that they could be erected and constructed with the minimum amount of site involvement.
